Most of our friends are eaters and drinkers and talkers and thinkers. So we never miss a chance to get their input on which cheeses work well with Villa Ragazzi Sangiovese. Today we learned that Mahon Reserve, an aged Spanish cow's milk cheese, is a winner. The two aged sheep's milk cheeses we sampled (Manchego and Zamorano) were distant runners up. We've added Mahon Reserve to our Eating/Drinking hall of fame cheese selection, and happily continue the hunt. Add Comment |
